Shipping & Delivery

- We ship out all deliveries within 3-4 working days (Sun-Thu). We do try our best to ship out all the products as soon as possible.
- We do currently ship worldwide, shipping rates vary from country to country. Kindly check the rates on the cart page.
- Orders being sent Internationally are processed and shipped within 3-4 working days. Please expect delivery for international orders within 3-14 working days from ship date.
- All prices are excluding taxes and custom duty that will be bourne solely by the customer.
- Kindly review the tax and custom duty rates in your country prior to ordering.
- Items may not be shipped to P.O. Box.
- www.minimalist.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
-Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns, if the original package is not damaged. Customers can exchange their product and also receive a credit for any future orders. All returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns of opened and used products. Please contact for any return orders.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Ordering
Order Inquiries

Check the status of your recent order by signing in to your account. You will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. This is an efficient way to keep track of your minimalist.ae order.
An order summary page will provide you with detailed information regarding your orders. Once your order has been shipped, if available, a tracking number will be displayed.

Please note: Some carriers will not be able to provide a tracking number right away.


Order processing

- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (please note: processing time does NOT include weekend days)
- Orders placed over the weekend days are processed the following Sunday
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Sunday through Thursday, excluding major holidays)
- Orders are processed and shipped after bank authorization

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as payment via PayPal. Please note that your order will not be shipped until bank authorization has been approved.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.

Pricing
Pricing is subject to tax and shipping rates. Your total cost will be displayed for your review before confirming your order.

We will offer seasonal promotions throughout the year. A promotional email will be sent to our subscribers.
